work etc.

drove for 2 hours today to meet BT. They finally got what we do, and now of course they love it, and want to promote it throughout the group to further their own careers. Marvellous, I say.

That's the funny thing about IT and technology in general. I don't know whether it applies to other businesses or not, but in this game you'll always make more money and generally be considered more of a success if you can get a potential client to think they are exploiting you, even if the relationship is symbiotic.

fab! :-)
really cheered me up when I found out - he deserves it really.

My ex-boss phones from Israel to laugh at me and the Brits in general for being so hypocritical when it comes to the whole shoot-to-kill thing. "we do it and you freak, you do it and noone gives a shit!" he says...

Reminds me of an old tv sci-fi show that was rendered on DOS machines called Babylon5 I think - anyway the point was that good intentioned people can be driven into making deals with the devil by circumstance and good intentions, which is what appears to be happening with this whole second crusade that's building.

How long before one of the happy clappy churches spawns a new interpretation of the Jesus Army, complete with Dakotan and/or African training camps? After all, they already have deaths of children through exorcisms in this country, so why not extend it?

Thinking of getting a t-shirt printed with a picture of Castro on it and the words "In-Fidel" on it...
i should sleep more, i'm off on a tangent now...
